Using the service

The service provides hosted email, mailbox access, domain configuration, webmail, and related features. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, keeping account credentials secure, and maintaining accurate account and billing information.

Accounts and security

  • You must protect passwords, recovery methods, and administrator access.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or domain.
  • You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may require verification before making account, billing, or domain changes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, credential harvesting, harassment, illegal content, deceptive identity practices, reputation warm-up, abusive automation, or activity that harms deliverability or other users.

Email delivery

Email delivery depends on DNS configuration, recipient systems, sender reputation, third-party networks, and anti-abuse controls. We do not guarantee that every message will be accepted, delivered, displayed, or kept out of spam folders.

Billing and plans

Paid plans, storage limits, mailbox limits, renewal periods, invoices, taxes, and payment methods are governed by the plan details shown at signup or in account settings. Failure to pay may lead to service limits, suspension, or closure.

Data and backups

You are responsible for keeping copies of important data. We may maintain backups for disaster recovery, but backups are not guaranteed to restore any individual message, mailbox, domain, or account state.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, policy violations, or activity that threatens the service. We may also limit outbound mail when needed to protect platform reputation.

Service changes and availability

Features, pricing, limits, and availability may change over time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, third-party failures, abuse mitigation, or events outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available and without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
