oemail.cc started recently because we wanted email hosting to feel simpler, calmer, and more accountable. We are small by design, close to the details, and focused on building the kind of service we would want to trust with our own domains.

Reliable foundations

We want the basics to be excellent: sensible DNS guidance, dependable delivery, standard client support, and clear account controls.

Human support

We are not trying to be faceless infrastructure. When something breaks or feels confusing, we want customers to get practical help from people who understand the system.

Long-term trust

Email is personal infrastructure. Our aim is to earn trust slowly through privacy-minded defaults, transparent policies, and steady improvements.

Our AI strategy

We have noticed that AI is expected to be part of every product nowadays. Email hosting, though, should first be simple, dependable, and quiet, so we are not adding AI where it does not yet help. For now, our AI is Scout: the official office dog. On the internet, nobody knows you're a dog; around here, AI is one.

Where we are headed

We are early, but our goal is straightforward: provide the best email hosting service we can for people and teams who want ownership of their domain without needless complexity. Scout mostly handles encouragement, but the rest is on us.
